Members of the Probus Clubs of Eastern Ontario are cordially invited
to attend Spring Fling 2012 in historic Perth on May 15, 2012.
We look forward with great anticipation to welcoming representatives
from each of the 12 Probus Clubs in our region.
An RSVP is requested from each Club on behalf
of its participating members before March 31st.

Registration Information

Probus Clubs of Eastern Ontario are asked to complete our Registration Form, available by clicking the Registration Form button below, with the information for each delegate who will attend from your Club. Please attach a single cheque to cover the total registration cost for your club and send your Registration Form and cheque, to reach us by March 31st to: The Probus Club of Perth, P. O. Box 20131 Perth, Ontario K7H 3M6. Cost: The cost of Spring Fling Perth has been maintained at $30 per person. The price includes lunch, entertainment, parking vouchers, an optional walking tour of historic Perth and all taxes and gratuities. A cash bar will be available. Allocation of available spaces: Note that with a seating capacity of 200 for our venue, we thought that the fairest way of proceeding would be to allocate a maximum number of places to each club, prorated according to current membership, as indicated on the Probus Canada website, with Perth having one seat at each table as table hosts. The table below shows the numbers of seats we have reserved for each club on this basis. Therefore when you complete the registration form, would you please keep within the number reserved for your club. Delegate names: While we generally mix delegates from several Clubs at each table, partners or friends sometimes prefer to sit together. If this is the case, please bracket or otherwise indicate the names of those who wish to be seated together. Name tags: All delegates are urged to wear their local Probus Club name badge. You will be doing us (and the environment) a favour by saving the paper and cost of another one-time badge. Email address or Phone number: Only to be used in case of last-minute emergency changes of plans. Menu choices: Full details of each menu choice can be found on the Program page of our website. Your menu choice will be indicated on your table place card. Parking passes: Street parking in Perth is free for two hours only, after which parking tickets will be issued. For May 15th only , we are providing a limited number of free all-day parking passes for Town parking lots (see Maps) for those attending Spring Fling. Please carpool where possible, and request a pass only if you will drive your car to Perth, since we have to pay for the passes. The required number of passes will be mailed to your Club’s Spring Fling representative well before May 15th. Walking tour of Perth: A guided walking tour of Historic Perth (approximately 45 minutes duration), led by local historian Susan Code, will be available immediately after the conclusion of the entertainment program.
